Account information such as your email address, password hash, name, and OAuth account identifier when you sign in with Google or Apple.

Tubiva content you request, including public YouTube channel and video metadata, transcripts, comments, and the resulting analysis, summaries, and originality signals.

Account activity needed to provide the service, such as saved channels, lists, history, notes, API-key metadata, and sessions. If you enable notifications, we also store your device push token, platform, and notification permission state.

Subscription and payment identifiers needed to provide paid features and support billing. We do not store your payment-card number.

We use this information to authenticate you, run channel and video analysis, show your saved work, provide paid features, deliver notifications you enable, protect the service, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal information. We use HTTPS for data in transit and limit access to service providers and personnel who need it to operate Tubiva.

Tubiva relies on providers such as Google and YouTube for sign-in and public source data, Apple and Google Play or RevenueCat for native subscriptions, a configured third-party payment processor for web checkout, and Firebase Cloud Messaging when push notifications are configured. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We keep account and user-created data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request account deletion at any time. Some records, such as transaction, fraud-prevention, or security records, may be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes.

Tubiva is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. YouTube content and links shown through Tubiva are provided by third parties; their practices are governed by their own policies.
